A. Passcards are handed out by our photographers
at an event to give event attendees access to their photos
online after the event. Passcards also provide event
attendees with Frontline Photography contact information
if they should have a question or problem ordering photos.
Q. What are video slideshows?
A. Video slideshows are a great way to recap an event -
on the last day, or for later internal/external promotional
use. They use photos from the event coverage that are edited
together in sequence with an appropriate soundtrack - making
it fun for attendees to view post-event, or to illustrate how
your company's events have achieved your goals.
Q. What is streaming video?
A. Streaming video is a sequence of moving images that
are sent in compressed form over the Internet, and displayed
by the viewer as they arrive. We can produce your event
videos or slideshows and send them via streaming video for
your guest to view over the Internet.
Q. What is your privacy policy regarding the email lists
of attendees?
A. We regard your attendees' information as private
and to be used for specific event communications only.
Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.
Q. What is a green screen?
A. Green screen technology allows us to create custom
digital backgrounds, giving you an almost limitless selection of
backgrounds to choose from - so your background can more closely
match the theme or concept of your event. We can help you choose
from countless background options selecting one to perfectly fit your event's theme.
At the event, we set up a green screen that serves as the temporary
backdrop for portraits- that is, until we digitally superimpose
your chosen backdrop back at our studios during post-production.
Q. When will my photos be available online?
A. We can typically have your photos posted online and
ready for you to view, organize into albums and order within 2-3 business days.
Q. How long will the photos be available online?
A. We keep your event open online for ordering for three
months from the date the event was originally posted.
Q. What is a proof CD?
A. This is a CD-ROM with all of the photos taken at your event.
Depending on the package you ordered, from this proof CD you can choose
the photos you would like to order and post on-line for attendees to purchase.
Q. When will I receive my proof CD?
A. You will receive a proof CD within 2-3 business days of your
event. When you receive it, place it into your computer's CD-ROM
drive and let the CD start up automatically. If the CD fails to auto-run (this action
is disabled on some computers) you can simply explore the files on the CD and double-click
"click here to start" to run your proof CD.
